Shipping policy
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date your PC is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
If your PC has not yet shipped or is within the 30-day delivery window, you may be eligible for a refund. Once your PC has been shipped and the 30-day period has passed, refunds, returns, and outbound shipping are no longer available.
To be eligible for a return, the PC must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return request.
